Original Garden Grown Gin
Garden Spritz
30ml Garden Grown Gin
30ml Verjuice
100ml Sparkling Mineral Water
Soft herbs (like sage and dill)
Dehydrated Orange
Pour gin, verjuice and mineral
water into your fave tall glass.
Add plenty of ice and stir.
Squeeze the dehydrated orange to
release oils, then add, with dill and sage.
Garden Royale
20ml Garden Grown Gin
20ml Regal Rogue Wild Rosé Vermouth
15ml Aperol
40ml dry sparkling wine
Add ice to a mixing glass and pour over
the gin, Vermouth and Aperol. Stir until cold.
Strain into a champagne flute.
Top up with sparkling wine.
Garden Night Owl
1 shot fresh espresso
30ml Garden Grown Gin
20ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
15ml Martini Rossi Bitters
Add ingredients and plenty of ice to shaker.
Shake well for 30-60 seconds.
Strain into martini glass.
Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.
Garden Blossom
30ml Garden Grown Gin
10 ml Botrytis Semillon (sweet wine)
70ml Your Favourite Tonic
Many blueberries
Add a handful of blueberries and cover with ice.
Add botrytis, gin and tonic.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Blue Mountains Grown Gin
Blue Mountain Buck
30ml Blue Mountains Grown Gin
120ml Fever Tree Ginger Ale
Sprig ‘Baby Blue’ Euc garnish
Add all ingredients to highball
glass topped with cubed ice.
The Evergreen
45ml Blue Mountains Grown Gin
Pinch Fennel Seeds
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Valencia Orange Juice
15ml Australian Blue Mountains Honey
(cut 2:1 honey to water)
60ml Fever Tree Tonic Water
Add all ingredients (except tonic water) to cocktail shaker
Add ice to cocktail shaker
Shake for 10 seconds until cold
Fine-strain mix into highball glass
Add ice to highball glass
Garnish with a Baby Blue Euc sprig
Botanic Garden Grown Gin
Mount Annan Fizz
25ml Garden Gin
15ml Anise Myrtle Syrup
3ml Fresh Ginger Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
45ml Dry Australian Sparkling Wine
Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to shaker.
Shake with ice and strain into champagne flute
Top cocktail with sparkling wine.
